All monetary transactions on juan369 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the juan369 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. juan369 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal, including requesting supporting documentation.
Withdrawal processing times are: GCash and PayMaya — within 5 to 30 minutes under normal conditions; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — same business day where submitted before 3:00 PM PHT. juan369 does not guarantee processing times in exceptional circumstances including system maintenance or regulatory review.
juan369 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal amounts pending verification of the legitimacy of winnings where irregular betting patterns or suspected bonus abuse is identified.
juan369 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other incentives. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods.
In the event of any inconsistency between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
juan369 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registration of multiple Accounts, collusion with other Players, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
All games available on the juan369 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds from licensed third-party providers. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for applicable games are published within the game information panels.
juan369 makes no warranty as to outcomes of any game. Past results do not predict future results. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

The juan369 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. juan369 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, juan369's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
juan369 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings attributable to a technical failure where the Platform has exercised reasonable care.

If the dispute is not resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
